No. Every email is written to one person, about one role, grounded in your actual resume — and it's sent from your own Gmail at a human pace. You read it before it goes out. Spam is a thousand identical messages; this is one good one.
In Find Jobs and Spontaneous Apply, yes — that is the point. Candiwize writes each email and holds it in the app, where you read it, edit it and approve it; only then does it leave your Gmail. Autopilot is the one mode that sends on its own, and it asks you to confirm exactly that, in plain words, before the run starts.
We connect through Google's official sign-in (OAuth) with a send-only permission: Candiwize can send the emails you approve and cannot read your inbox. We never see or store your password. Disconnect with one click and the connection is gone.
No. Your search is private. Candiwize never posts anything publicly and never contacts your current employer — it only emails the people behind the roles you choose, from your own inbox, where only you can see it. Your job hunt stays yours.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of contacts. One contact is one recruiter or hiring manager whose work email we find and reveal for you — that is the only thing that uses your allowance. Searching, matching, cover letters and email drafting are unlimited. If no address can be found, nothing is deducted, and revealing the same person twice is never charged twice.
Not without your say-so. In the step-by-step flows every email waits for your approval. Autopilot does send at the end of its run — but only after you have confirmed, up front and in plain words, that it may. If you want to read the emails first, run the steps yourself and approve them on the Outreach step.
